ACCESSIBILITY

More ways into the conversation.

A guide to navigation, reading, playback, and reduced-motion options on PodcastBrowser.com.

Navigate with a keyboard

The page begins with a skip link to the main content. Links, navigation controls, and buttons have visible keyboard focus. On narrow screens, use the menu button to expand navigation; Escape closes an open menu and returns focus to the button.

Read without unnecessary motion

The scrolling topic strip has a pause button. Motion is disabled when the device’s reduced-motion preference is enabled. Article text uses a readable column, clear headings, and an in-page table of contents.

Control the audio yourself

The podcast player does not autoplay. It includes native audio controls, optional speed and skip buttons, and a written description of its instrumental recording. The listed third-party podcasts are heard on publisher websites, whose accessibility features may differ.

Use the text outside the layout

The RSS feed includes full article text. Browser zoom and reflow are supported through responsive layouts. Article print styles remove navigation and decorative page elements to make the guide easier to print.

Report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page and the task that was difficult. Include relevant browser or assistive-technology information when comfortable. These features are practical accessibility measures, not a claim of independent certification.
